To join our elite team, candidates must demonstrate a very strong background in childcare and education as well as professionalism. We seek candidates who can bring warmth, structure and also be flexible with hours and demands of busy families.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional childcare or teaching experience
- Proficiency in Native English (additional languages are always a plus)
- British accent (is desirable sometimes)
- Excellent references from previous families or employers
- Clear background and police checks (DBS/Police Certificate)
- Experience of adapting to international households and different cultures even when not working
- Professional appearance (Suit or trousers and blouse) and a commitment to maintaining our high standards.

We offer some of the highest rates of pay in the industry because we only select the very best candidates to represent our agency .
For example : Nanny £3000 - £7000 per month and Governesses £4000- £8000 per month. These roles can also be live in or out, include meals and sometimes a car.
